Meet Chris
With over 7 years in the logistics industry, Chris brings a rare combination of ground-level and senior leadership experience. Early in his career, Chris worked directly on the front lines — managing carrier capacity, solving customer service issues in real time, and learning firsthand what makes supply chains break and what makes them work. That experience became the foundation for a move into senior leadership, where Chris led company-wide strategy, profitability analysis, operational efficiency initiatives, and technology vetting and implementation.
That dual perspective is what sets Sonnek Consulting apart. Chris doesn't just bring frameworks and slide decks — he brings an operator's understanding of where supply chains actually get stuck, paired with an executive's eye for what moves the bottom line.
